Hi. Im new in America(barley a year) and had found a job, they hired me and i was to begin Feb.5. Now, i sprained my ankle while playing basketball 2 days prior to my work. i have no insurance and i didnt go to the dr. bec. i knew it was only a sprain. i called the company and they said to call them back once im already ok. so today a little after a month, i am already good to go although there are just very minor swelling around the ankle area(which is typical of a sprain that swelling could last sometime). but i can run with very minimal discomfort, in other words i can work already and do my activities of daily living w/out any problem. but the company needs a medical clearance from my doctor b4 they let me start. so my question is where and what type of doctor should i see and wat will i tel him/her and how much would it cost to get the medical clearance bec. if they are gona ask me for an x-ray and wont give me the clearance but have to pay bec. i had an apointment them then il look for another job bec. i dont want to waste my money on nothing bec. i know im already ok. any advice would be very helpful. thank you.

HELP! Sticker (bur) weeds have taken over my back yard!! I also need to regrow gr over the bur patches?

My (huge) backyard has been overtaken with bur/sticker weeds. I have two dogs that come in every day covered in them. We bought weed killer and a spreader but I'm also concerned about the gr regrowth. Since the entire yard is covered in these freakin things (in some areas they are the only thing there and they have taken over so that gr couldn't survive). I'm worried that the weeds will all die and then I'll just be left with millions of dead sticker weeds and no gr to cover them back up, so my poor dogs don't have to suffer being covered in them (seriously, my shorthaired lab came in with probably 100 of them on her back and legs). Is there a way to kill the weeds and also reseed my lawn in the patches where the weeds are particularly dense? I don't know anything about this kind of stuff so advice is greatly appreciated!

Hi, I'm a freshman in College. I came into the University wondering how I will I meet new people and how college is gonna be. I never expected to be actually in a relationship, but I met this guy. I was head over heels in love with him. He was my first lover. We had been together for about 2 months but I guess school work and relationship has taken a toll on us. My first quarter in college was not great, I have to do better. I feel like he felt guilty that I spent more time with him and not studying. Part of it is true, but I don't want him to be burdened by that thought. I guess today he decided to be friends, again. When this quarter started, second week of school he wanted to be friends, but I wanted a romantic relationship, so I said yes to him. I told him we can be best friends. But later that night, he decided he didn't want to be friends, he wanted to be together again. So we were until today. He decided we should be friends and again I said yes, and this time I'm more inclined to be friends but at the same time, I think I don't. What if he asks me again that he wants to be together and not just friends? I don't want to be any-one's "doormat." I don't want a relationship where it's convenient for the other person and not me. Whenever they was an event held by my after school program like stay overs, my dad wouldn't let me go. I have asthma and thought somehow I might get sick and something bad might happen. Well to sum it all up, my lover who was my boyfriend wants to be best friends. He feels then we are more able to talk more and communicate? I don't know what to do. I have learned about myself that I have poor communication skill, I can't project my ideas and feelings to other people easily, I tend to keep it all in. My girlfriend and I had unprotected about a month ago. Afterward, as a precaution, we used the morning after pill. It made her very sick. About a week after the act, she had a very small amount of reddish-brown bleeding. When she went to a doctor for an unrelated issue about a couple days later she asked about it. The doctor said it could be due to the large amounts of hormone she ingested, which was way more than her body weight needed. We've also heard that the bleeding could mean that implantation had occured. We want to know whether that meant that she is actually pregnant or not. Is a small amount of bleeding about a week after mean she is definetly pregnant? Any advice would be appreciated!

Expermenting with actulator rod causing the exhaust waste gate to open causes exhaust to byp the exhaust turbine at lower RPM would cause less boost at higher RPM. Old school methiod is install small jets (pills) in the actulator hoses. Electronic waste gate control using a stepper motor is much better. But If you want to blow up the motor remove the actulator hoses or have one blow off. You will not hear the detonation in the motor only the white smoke after the spark plug tips and piston tops burn away.

By Going to Iraq, America poured oil on a fire while trying to extinguish it. America should have focused on Afghanistan, and then either invade Pakistan - they have nukes tho - or pressure Pakistan into letting US fight there....But somehow control both sides of the border itself. Then it should have focused on capturing Bin Laden. This would have ended Al Qaeda and pretty much terrorism or crazy radicals. Next i tried to compute the area of the function again, but i converted the function to the first 5 non zero terms in the taylor series. I got: 1-x^2+x^4/2-x^6/6+x^8/24+O(x^9) where O(x^9) is the error. when i integrate 1-x^2+x^4/2-x^6/6+x^8/2 from -3 to 3 i get 2119.46 which is not even close to the real integral. how do i compute the area under the taylor series version of the function to get a similar answer to 1.77. Shouldnt the regular function and the taylor series function be equal (except for the error term), which would make the integrals equal???

P90x question for someone whose tried it?

Well in my personal experience when I did p90x I didn't follow the diet plan and have seen amazing results. Im 16 so I dot really cook and whatever my mom makes I'm pretty much forced to eat lol but p90x still worked for me. As far as I know there isn't any other alternatives so I would suggest taking a protein powder to help your body get in the extra protein required to build muscle. So basically in my opinion the meal plan isn't really necessary just work hard and keep hitting play everyday and you should see awesome results :)

Today I received a steroid shot in the muscle to relieve inflammation of acute bronchitis. I experienced excessive sweating so I checked my blood sugar and it was 235. Bronchitis and peanut er?

I was diagnosed with Bronchitis yesterday and the doctor told me to avoid dairy.. I always thought peanut er had er in it, but I looked at the ingredients and there's nothing diary-related in it. Is there anything in it that will produce mucus and make my cough worse?

My 7 month old is always sick, what do I do??

My 7 month old son has been sick 3 times in the last 30 days. First he had croup so I took him to the doctors and they gave him steroids, then 4 days after he got better he got bronchitis, so I took him back and they gave him Abrutol, antibiotics, and another steroid, after another week he got better and now 1 1/2 weeks later he has a stuff nose and a cough and has really thick pl-hem. I have heard that when you take steroids it kills your immune system so you can get sick really easy from the next illness, does anyone know if that is true? I am kind of thinking of just riding it out and letting his body fight it on it's own to make him stronger because he seems off-ly young to be giving all this medicine too. Any one have any advice on how to deal with this???

Why won't my Scentsy warmer melt my tart?

I recently purchased a Scentsy warmer and have just tried it out. I'm using a 1oz wax tart in it (not Scentsy) but it is NOT melting the whole thing. I've had it going for 3 hours and only half has melted. Is there something wrong with my bulb maybe? Or do they just not get hot enough to melt very much wax at one time? If that's the case, then why do they have such a HUGE bowl? I don't get it...

What is going on with my son's ear?

Ok-my son has tubes in his ears. Never had any problems w/them or anymore ear infections. He just had bronchitis about 2wks ago & was on Omnicef for 10 days. Now, since Friday, he has had wax & clear fluid running out of just 1 ear. He has been running a low grade fever also. He just got up from a nap & his breath stinks really bad(don't know if it's because he may have slept w/his mouth open). Also, he's been extremely fussy. His doc was closed on Friday or I would have taken him in. I plan on trying to get him in tomorrow. But I was just wondering what this could possibly be? Also, his ear stinks REALLY bad. I was told it could be a bacterial infection, but I thought that's what the tubes were for-to keep infections out? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Can my crunch 1500.1 be to much for my two Alpine type r's?

I recently got my new system it consist of 2 4ohm Alpine Type R's in a custom sealed box(all i can fit in my tiny trunk(Honda Prelude)), a crunch power zone 1500.1 which is one ohm stable. I hooked it up but upon trying to tune it in no matter how i tune the speakers seem to distort when i turn it up.I checked all wiring from amp to box to the speaker both are the same. Any idea what could be causing this? You say you don't work, i have found that the times i have been unemployed have been the worst in my life. Get out, volunteer, there are many opportunities, some very simple. The good thing about volunteering is that if you cannot make it, you will not get fired. Please help me potty train my daughter!!!?

I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter. I have been trying to potty train her for about 6 months now... but she acts like it is killing her to go on the potty!
