How much electricity would this subwoofer amp use?

I have an old JBL subwoofer, with the stock amp. The label near the powerplug on the plate says 120V, 60 Hz, 160Watts. I cant use 160watts constantly can it? I use it at low volumes, because it is in a bedroom.
