Who is Ryter Roethicle? He is a sonnet writer?

Every time I search him on google, wikipedia, I get NOTHING. I need an author bio for him. He wrote the poem I am performing entitled "Questions At A Distance"..if you have ANY info please help! Or where i can research him!!
