My daughters 3yr old gelding bucks when she gets close to him which is making her very nervous?

My daughter has had her 3yr old for 2 months and she was great with him for the first couple of weeks, but now he seems to buck a lot and is making my daughter very nervous. my daughter is thinking of getting herself hypnotised to help her but she wants to know if she can get a horse whisperer to help with her horse, and how much this service would cost?
