You have to go to the mill and if you see 2 haystacks, push one to the left and one to the right, use the key to get in the sewer hole, go to the far left and keep going and going until you hit the wall but don't stop, wait till the wall breaks, then crawl in the hole, the robot will explode and then use the owl to get the glow stick it threw.
