Why are Christians, Jews, Muslims and Hindu's all Respectively lumped Together?

Geography has nothing to do with why someone in 2009 believes in Christ, or believes in Allah. With television, the internet and missionaries all over the world, one has plenty of interaction with many different people and ideas and can hopefully make up their own mind. Jesus said in the Bible, "I am the way, the truth and the light, no man comes to the Father but by me". John 14:6
