Oort Cloud/ Kuiper belt & Asteroid belt?

hi. i cannot find barley any facts about the oort cloud/kuiperbelt and the asteroid belt. i need five facts about each. the oort cloud and kuiper belt are going to be combined as one. also i need an activity to do on each of these things. any help appreciated thanks!
