stop counting calories. eat three meals a day and sometimes snacks in between. once you get up to 110 lbs, i think ur normal. to help your metabolism, a good thing is to exercise a little, NOT a lot. dont over-do it. i'd say 1/2 hour exercise a day for a normal, busy person. good luck! hey i'm willing to talk if u need to. emails on my page. :o)
