I need help to find out information about the writers of Dr. Who and or Torchwood!?

I am 14 and i am absolutely IN LOVE with these 2 scifi shows. at first i though pssh those will be so dumb i defiantly wont like them at all ( they are sooo geeky!) i thought but after a few episodes i fell in love with EVERYBODY! i loved the first dr. in the first new season of Dr. Who. After he regenerated, i cried because i missed him but later i just ADORED the new doctor which im still lovin by the way =] but i also love torchwood too Owen is soo cute and Captain Jack and Yanto. I love them all and also Gwen she is so cool! he is such an inspiration to me also! i want to write a email or something to the screen writers or even the stars of the shows! PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!
