EL FALCON DRIVE TRAIN.TRNSMISSION & DIFF.?

I pull a heavy tool trailer with falcon wagon.Had an oilcooler fitted to trani after a rebuild,but the diffs on the way out AGAIN.Can any body tell me if a v8 wagon of the same model has a stronger diff and transmission than a 6 cyl.
