I think i broke my finger, please help?

i was bplaying basketbll last night and when i got in a collision my finger popped out of place. i held onto it but continued playing. later on i looked at it and it was bent out of shape and much much colder then the other fingers. i didnt think much of it but this morning i woe up and it was a blueish color and hurt really bad. i cant bend it without a lot of pain. is it broken??? its the finger next to the pinky.
