I really need help understanding my cycle.. please?

today i *think that i am 14 dpo. my lmp was on june 29, and lasted 5 days. the lmp before that was may 7.. well, today, i noticed some brown cm, then some pink spotting when i used the bathroom again. i know it's my period coming.. :( but, i want to make next month MY MONTH! so please help me understand when i will ovulate... when i got pregnant with my daughter, the only day that we had was the day after my period.. so i must have concieved on that day, right? it was THE ONLY DAY that we had ... (it was not planned) that was 5 years ago... well this month, we decide, to start ttc'ing.. so i look at an ovulation calander, and it says i'm ovulating on july 14, so we bd on 12 and 13.... and here i am.... starting my period... i know it was bc i left my cycle days as 28, and that is obviously not right... so do you have any input on my ovulation/cycle days? thank you, and congrats to you who got your bfp's today and good luck to the ones who are still getting bfn's...... :/
