What do you think of this Lincoln quote currently making the rounds?

Not a Lincoln quote, and I disagree. Expressing one's opinion should never be grounds for arrest...much less execution. To be guilty of sabotage, one must willfully impede the production of the war effort and/or the mobility of our troops. I don't see too many Congressmen blowing up factories and bridges.
