What are some good "dark" techno pop bands?

I already listen to Blaqk Audio, Nine Inch Nails, The Prodigy, a little Depeche Mode, She Wants Revenge (I'm looking for bands closer to them than any others), The Veronicas, and so on. I'm trying to create some music like this, I just want a little more inspiration. Also, If anyone knows about a cheap techno creator, that would be nice too.
